[quake3] fs_homepath write protected, Windows 2000

you shouldn't use, ioquake3.x86.exe +set fs_homepath "c:\Program Files\Quake
III Arena"
on 2k and above you should use ,ioquake3.x86.exe +set fs_homepath
"%programfiles%\Quake III Arena"
I don't have a C: drive and hard codeding it to there isn't good
