[quake3] framebuffer patch needs testing

Sorry, but can you provide screenshots of this? I don't have ioq3 set up to
patch it and all, and I'd love to see what it looks like, if not it's
alright (Don't know why you wouldn't be able to just do a /screenshotJPEG).
