[quake3] About adding (VoIP) voice chat support

Well, there are Pidgin plug-ins that use the XFire API I believe, let me
see...yeah, and there's equivalents and stuff, some open source, take a look
at this ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xfire ).
