I added a new patch to https://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2741
It is mostly Christophe Cavalaria's patch for supporting the
SDLK_WORLDX keys (plus quite a few others).
I've added "Caps Lock" as well, but beware there are annoying issues with
"Caps Lock" and "Num Lock" with SDL (see Caveat in bug report).
The patch also contains my proposed Shift-Esc toggleconsole bind.
Would those of you with SDL "deadkey" problems mind testing out this patch?
