[quake3] What's the policy on changes to the q3_ui module?

Are you talking about my patch? I've rebased it on trunk and fixed a
stupid bug yesterday. I'll post it again.
It's kind of wasted effort though as the modified ui code from ioq3
likely isn't used anyways.
