[quake3] [PATCH] additional vidModes

My windows display control panel is currently showing support for more than 
a dozen video modes, FYI (a 1680x1050 native display...).  I'm sure if 
you're under linux and hand crafted your modelines, you likely only have a 
few -- but using EDID information, my Radeon X8xx + Dell 20FPW can direct 
detect and support 'more than about 5'...

| For the long term, couldn't the list be just the modes supported by the
| graphics system setup?  Apparently one can query SDL for what modes a
| given device supports [1].
