Crash in x86_64 compiled VM when running WoP mod

Hi,

When running the WoP with recent version of ioq3 the game crashes with a 
segmentation fault.
The crash does not occur, when I add the PROT_WRITEFLAG to the mmap call in 
vm_x86_64.c in mmapfile().
I guess it's probably because the VM of that mod is doing something that it 
should not, but I'd like to be clear and give you some kind of feedback on 
recent changes in the codebase just to be sure.
