As far as I can tell they build[1], yes: 
-rw-r--r--  1 andreas  wheel  - 327996 Oct  6 17:36 cgame.qvm
-rw-r--r--  1 andreas  wheel  - 470500 Oct  6 17:36 qagame.qvm
-rw-r--r--  1 andreas  wheel  - 278568 Oct  6 17:36 ui.qvm

[1] Patch needed for q3asm cmdlib.c attached...another one of the
__linux defines :)
I changed the logic to treat POSIXy systems as default, hope that's
okay.

There is also some problem with the clean targets, .o files remain left
after it. Looking into that one currently.
