[quake3] Performance win/lin

Get the proprietary ATi Drivers for Linux at ATi's homepage. Quake 3 
should be playable, but don't expect those drivers to perform quite as 
well as the ones for windows. If you need help installing them, please, 
PLEASE go to www.rage3d.com and ask on the linux forum, not here.
