<pre>alSpeedOfSound is the OpenAL 1.1 replacement for alDopperVelocity. Appearently
OpenAL 1.1 implementations are not required to support alDopperVelocity. Seems
worth adding support for alSpeedOfSound.
Not clear whether s_alDopplerSpeed has correct value.
