Compile shader error log

vbo3.diff (and vbo.diff) have many shader compile errors on my system. Attached
log shows ioq3 (patched with vbo3.diff) starting up to q3ui and loading map
q3dm17. There are various visible shader issues, such as environment map not
working correctly and some model disappearing (depending on view point).
Mirrors/portals in q3dm0 don't work either.
