If anybody is interested, I finally got a round to releasing my cut down game 
code for DED DM servers only.  99% the monster stuff is gone, all the coop 
stuuf and all game stuff is gone too - plus lots of fixes, and a few 
additions for game play.

If you run a quake2 DED DM server, this build is FAST.

I have yet to finish the docs; I need to write up how to us the new map list 
and random map list CVARs.
