Under Solaris/Sparc, one has to use the provided scripts under 
/usr/local/bin:

/usr/local/bin/q2_glx.sh    <=== GLX
/usr/local/bin/q2_x11.sh    <=== X11
/usr/local/bin/q2_xil.sh    <=== Sun X Imaging Library (XIL).
