[quake2] Problem with physics and high fps.

that doesn't matter, I have seen quake2 on many computers , network  
connects, gfx cards and so on. but my quake2 looked like slow motion  
quake2! even the jumps had a floating feeling to them, and I have played a  
fair share of quake2 in my day. It was really REALLY slow motion. And I  
lost by a lot.
