[quake2] Quake2 Installer

Hi,
could you also create an installer without the demo files? I think it's
a bit odd to download a 82 MB big installer, to install a game from
CD ;) Keep in mind that not everybody has DSL, Cable or something like
that!
Also it would be nice to have support for both addons as an install
option (or as separate installers).
