[quake2] Spec files

Yep.  On a Red Hat or Mandrake or rpm based system, you should be able to
run rpmbuild -ta foo.tar.gz on any tarball that has a specfile inside it and
it'll build an rpm of the program.

Otherwise, running rpmbuild -ba foo.spec should build the RPM (depending on
how the spec file was written, or if you have all the sources listed in the
spec file installed locally).
