Solaris packages..

Hello Brendan,

I have built binary packages of release .14 (I called that 14.1 because
src/solaris/pkg was missing from .14 so perhaps we'll see a .14.1 ) for
Solaris.. Can you please put them on the icculus quake2 page with the
wording that the shareware data files are only for private use, may not be
modified and may not distributed on physical media, etc..?
