[quake2] Rendering Problem w/o Q2Max, AA Compilation

Hello Brendan,

I think I found it.. In src/client/cl_tent.c, the code inside
CL_AddExplosions is completely commented out. Re-enabling the code
re-activates the nice explosions but I don't know what it does to QMAX
(I'm not testing QMAX under Solaris yet)..
