[quake2] Lithium ii qestion

The first one says:
ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), not

The second one is the same but says "stripped" instead. Is that the
problem? I am fairly new to linux, so I don't know what this means.

Juste a quick idea (maybe):

What does it say when you type:
"file /usr/lib/games/lithium/gamei386.so".
Also, what does it say when you type:
"file /usr/lib/games/ctf/gamei386.so"
