[quake2] Hello (fwd)

Hello Vincent-

I was able to get the q2 server working. It seems the
filename for PAK0 was all in caps. =) So I changed it
to lowercase and voila!

Would someone know how I can setup map voting? or any
other type of voting on this server such as bots, etc?
