Mods can't find maps

I am trying to play the Chaos Mod.  It seems to load ok when I type "set
game chaos" but when it trys to load the maps it says "Can't find
maps/CHAOSDM1.bsp"

Is there a setting somewhere or is this an upcoming feature?
