It wasn't as bad as I thought. People were mixing byte and qbyte in
ways that shouldn't have happened. I might have missed some changes (I
didn't even look in the win32 files, but all "byte" should be "qbyte",
all "true" should be "qtrue", and all "false" should be "qfalse".
I also fixed an annoying bug in the SDL version that kept it from
displaying any real graphics, so a Linux version is starting to shape
up. It still has a few bugs left to iron out.
