patch for autofail mode in Catalan

Hello,

Catalan translation has a bug: a string text is translated when it goes
to the pydance.cfg (and should not be, of course).

Attached the patch that:

* Removes the gettext support for this string

* Removes the translation of this string in ca.po

* Adds the pydance.pot in Subversion (should be there? I think so, even
  when make uptrans is updating it)
