ddrmat 0.11 release

Based off the patches Ed submitted, I've released ddrmat 0.11. This
version should, in fact, work on all recent 2.4 and 2.6 kernels, or at
least compile. I don't have this hardware anymore, so it might not
actually pick up the joystick. But I've been told that it does, and
that's good enough for me.

As always, this driver is for *parallel mats only*. If you're having USB
adapter/mat troubles, look elsewhere.
