pydance 1.0.1 release, Subversion usage

After some bug reports, pydance 1.0.1 is out. No real changes, except
for fullscreen toggling support on Windows and Mac OS X, mostly thanks
to the work/testing of absurdhero and mu. This was in the last Mac OS X
DMG, and seems to be working. It also fixes some important bugs.

We recently switched from using CVS to Subversion for development. See
http://subversion.tigris.org for more information on Subversion. You can
always get the latest stable version of pydance by doing
 $ svn export http://kai.vm.bytemark.co.uk/svn/pydance/branches/1.0.x/pydance

and the latest version (which might not work) at
 $ svn export http://kai.vm.bytemark.co.uk/svn/pydance/trunk/pydance

Any particular version (from 1.0 on, and I'll get around to moving the
old releases in later) can be gotten using something like:
 $ svn export http://kai.vm.bytemark.co.uk/svn/pydance/releases/pydance-1.0.1

Patches against pydance should be sent against the 'trunk' branch from
now on, where they'll get merged into the stable branch if they're not
intrusive.

Other stuff, like the Debian packaging scripts and ddrmat.o module, are
also sitting at http://kai.vm.bytemark.co.uk/svn/pydance. Enjoy!

* Tug of War lifebar no longer crashes.
* Standard make install target works correctly again.
* Fix a possible divide-by-zero related crash in the song selector.
* Avoid locale-setting error on Mac OS X.
* Fullscreen toggling on OS X and Windows works again.
