0.9.0 release!

Yep, it's that time once again, where you all have to upgrade.

The biggest news for this release is the support of Player's Best,
Worst, Likes, and Dislikes, in .crs files, and also in the new courses
that pydance includes. The other big news is that all your records will
be wiped when you start this version. However, this shouldn't happen
again between now and 1.0.

All .step parsing code has been removed (it was present but disabled in
the previous version). If you have .step files, either visit our own
song download site, or http://www.ddruk.com to upgrade to .dance or .dwi
versions.

News on the MP3 front! If you're having problems with SMPEG crashing
pydance, try setting the "Preview Songs" option to "Safe" (or
"previewmusic" to "2" in your config file directly). You won't hear MP3
previews of songs anymore, but pydance will likely also not crash.

Also, pydance now includes the first draft of a full (yes, full) users
manual. Some sections still need filling it, but docs/README.html is now
docs/manual.html, with pictures, and better descriptions.

Finally, thanks again to all the people who helped out with this
release; Shandy Brown did the new graphics for the grading screen, Jon
Åslund fixed MPEG-1 movie support and added a great attack lifebar,
Pavel Nikolai Krivitsky fixed some bad Select/Random behavior, and xsdg
made the changing BPM display colored.

! Start + Select now exits to the grading screen always, by popular
  demand.
! .step support removed.
! All your records will be deleted upon running this.
! pydance no longer searches "pyddr" folders by default.
