.step conversion and removal

Hi everyone,

0.7.4 will be the last release with any2dance. In the future, other
convertors may appear, but none are planned for the present.

If you have .step files left, convert them *NOW* (like you should've
done many releases ago). At some point in the future, .step support will
be dropped, and since there's no plan for a converter before that time,
you'll have to do it now.

(The exception to this is 0forkbomb.step; it will be replaced with
0forkbomb.dance before the next release, hopefully with a new level.)
