gettext patch 4

Hello,

I send, attached, the last pydance gettext patch. I'm always sending the
patch against the SVN version (not incremental patches)

Notes:
-Included in Makefile the generation of .mo, .pot, etc. (make uptrans to
generate to .pot, and doing make install will compile the .po to .mo)

-Included a catalan draft version. It not finished yet, but enough good
to see that works :-)

-Changed the source code to search for ready_ca_ES.png and go_ca_ES.png
(or whatever the locales are) and show it. I will send these images I
hope that tomorrow (if localized graphics doesn't exists, it failbacks
to standard)

I have been playing with this version without problems, tomorrow our LUG
will meet and work on translations and play more :)
