patch for po/Makefile

Hi,

Last patch (sorry... it's Christmas!)

Applying this patch, the po/Makefile installs the .mo files to the
LOCALESDIR directory inheritated from the general Makefile, so it takes
care of the PREFIX, etc. variables.
