Pydance internationalization.

Hey, all,

The internationalization support via gettext, contributed by Carles Pina
i Estany and the Catux LUG has been committed to the trunk, along with a
Catalan translation.

Check it out at http://kai.vm.bytemark.co.uk/svn/pydance/trunk/pydance .

We would greatly appreciate any reports of whether a) the
gettext/internationalization code breaks anything when running in a
non-Catalan locale, particularly on Windows and b) running it in a
Catalan (ca_ES.<encoding>) locale works; and, of course, any
translations or beginnings of a translation that you want to contribute.

P.S. Also, recent commits fix some audio-related bugs and apply some
audio-related workarounds, so you may want to update anyway. If the
internationalization breaks something for you, you can update to r1041
instead (after sending a bug report, of course).
