more fonts

Hi,

this patch has th following changes (compared to the last one):

- FontTheme has new method 'max_size'
- banner (containing BPM, title, artist and subtitle) and difficulty box
now use the configured font
- lists of courseselect and gameselect use configured font

concerning purpose overhead:
songlist, courselist and gamelist seem to be candidates for a merge :)
