ddrmat 0.10 release

On the tail of pydance 1.0 comes the ddrmat.o driver 0.10. This driver
is the recommended way of using parallel port adapters with your dance
pads, on the 2.4 and 2.6 Linux kernels. If you don't use Linux, or you
use Linux but have a USB adapter, you don't need this.

Tom Grimes did most of the work on this release, porting the build
system and the source code to Linux 2.6. The README contains
instructions to compile this for either version of the kernel.

We still don't recommend parallel adapters over USB ones, and if you're
shopping for a new adapter, getting a USB one instead of a parallel one
can save you a lot of headaches.
