Five megabyte download if you already installed beta2.

Unpack, right-click/ctrl-click the postal 2 game icon, choose "Show
Package Contents" on the popup menu, and drag the unpacked files
(ucc-bin, postal2-bin, osxterminal.sh) into the "System" folder in the
newly-opened folder window. Close all that and start the game.

Fixes:
- "Host Game" menu and WebAdmin now lists maps.
- Launching a dedicated server from the "Host Game" menu now works.
