If you happen to have Roxio Toast, you can mount the disc image through
that and it'll fool the installer into thinking it's a real CD.

If this is a serious issue for anyone (i.e. - no CD burner), let me know
and I'll send you an updated installer that won't require a physical
disc, so you can use it with the disc image. Small download that can be
used with the big download.
