For those of you who have Speed Download 2, you can use that as well. 
It also includes a command line interface if you don't want to deal 
with the GUI.

Just make sure that you embed the username and password into the URI 
as you normally would (i.e., 
http://username:password@0day.icculus.org/private/postal2beta/postal2-mac-beta1.dmg 
)
