CVS is gone...

In case anyone was still using the CVS repository, it's now officially
gone. Please use Subversion instead. All revision history from CVS was
migrated to the svn repository a long time ago, so once you get the
knack of the tools (which are almost identical in usage to CVS), you
shouldn't notice any loss.
