[physfs] How to compile 1.0.1?

Although it's not what you asked, what I do is
cross-compile (a static) win32 physfs from Linux.
A cross-compiling ./configure seems to be a dodgy hell
on earth but I've had good luck doing the ./configure
under native-linux then doing the actual build with the
cross-tools.
