[physfs] Win32 build problem

I found and reported this same problem not too long ago. I believe it was
fixed on CVS.

When building on Win32, the simple PHYSFS_INVALID_FILE_HANDLE is not
defined...I don't see a definition in the header files for it either?
It's only in the PocketPC and Win32 files.  Presumably it should be
defined as NULL?
