Manpages and API reference.

There is now a Doxyfile in CVS for generating manpages, etc.

If you've installed Doxygen (http://www.doxygen.org/), you can just run it
in the root of the physfs source tree, and it'll build HTML, manpages, and
LaTeX output in the docs/ directory.

For your convenience, the HTML version is online at:
  http://icculus.org/physfs/docs/html/

In other news, the win32 support has been updated with a bunch of fixes
and a getLastModTime() implementation (thankya, Greg!). There's a minor
crashbug to shake out there, and then I'm releasing 0.1.6. After that,
it's the fast track to a 1.0.0 release.
