PhysicsFS http server...

I've written a hackish http server that uses PhysicsFS for file
access/security. I was aiming to make this a tiny example, and thus, it's
not well designed or robust (but patches are welcome!).

The original idea came from John 'overcode' Hall.

If you need a very basic HTTP server that is less than 300 lines of C
code, it's in the CVS repository in the "extras" directory.

The source, physfshttpd.c, is in the public domain. Use as you see fit.
