/usr/lib/keepass2/KeePass.exe" in a terminal?<br>
what is the content of keepass's .desktop file in
/usr/share/applications? that should help.<br>
also, openbox' xml syntax is a little picky when it comes to
special characters, so be make it's not about that.<br>

could you not use keepassx instead?<br>
