I would like to know if Openbox can support something similar
to the search-as-you-type feature of cwm (calm window
manager). Basically, you start typing what you are looking for
and automatically a list of all available shortlisted options
(those options that match what you entered) appears, for you
to choose from.

Is there already any implementation of this feature in
Openbox, or is there likely to be in the future?

Thanks

I don't know CWM, but I think something like Synapse or Kupfer would
match your description (iirc it's from Elementary)
Cheers
