Found the prob. I had old libs in /usr/lib that were being loaded.<br>

Is anyone else running redhat 9? I still cannot get obconf 1.3 or 1.4
to run. (1.1 runs but of course doesn't correctly.) strace shows the
libs opening. What has changed? Besides that parse_paths_startup isn't
in 1.1.<br>
