[openbox] Where does "applications" section go?

   Those brackets work, but my app-info does not.
   It is like this:

        <application name="jpilot"
           <desktop>1</desktop>
        </application>

        <application class="Rox"
           <decor>yes</decor>
           <shade>no</shade>
           <position force="no"></position>
           <desktop>1</desktop>
        </application>
