[openbox] Change screen size

I'm seeing a rectangular screen of the usual proportions of a screen, that
is widescreen. But my smartphone has a tall, long screen.

If the dimensions are set by the X server, is it possible for me to
configure my X server somehow? I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 and I'm using
tigervnc.
