[openbox] keybinding

Hello, how can I make a keyboard shortcut for inserting a character (e.g.
0) on any text editor?
One of my laptop's key (0) is not working and it doesn't have a numpad so I
want to insert the number 0 with "Ctr-m" as a key combination.
