[openbox] Fast moving windows without redesign

Hi, Dana

Excellent page that linked, I've saved.
I try the two options
The first, the one with the W key, to me does not work, do not
understand why.
The second one works
A little uncomfortable because in two phases, first you have to start
the movement by holding down the ALT key and then you can use the arrow
keys.
The movement is still slow, only that being a small step seems slightly
faster.
The steps of movement are small, and then to perform a large movement,
however, it takes a long time.
However still a fallback

Thanks anyway
