[openbox] immovable window

It's sort of possible with a local patch I have, I just never bothered
cleaning it up enough for inclusion.

It would also need a hunk to the per-app settings to allow setting the
lock property based on a class, then you could start your xterm with
-class XtermLocked or so.

Short answer is no :).
