[openbox] Running "openbox session" instead of Lubuntu session

Regarding gtk3 apps, this is what I have in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini:

     [Settings]
     include "/home/vasa1/.themes/MyGreybird/gtk-3.0/gtk.css"

But the gtk3 apps are still being themed some other way. And the fonts are
still thinner than what they are in a lxsession.
