[openbox] What is the <placement><center> option for ?

That feature stopped working when LeastOverlap method was implemented.

Apparently it's fixed on git master now:
https://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5946

I haven't tried out the latest build, but maybe you could give it a try if
you want centered windows.
